The history of Dongying Printing Material co. Ltd., can be traced back to 1965 Guansu Gan Gu Ink Factory the first ink factory developed all by China itself. In 1985, the Guangzhou Civil Affair Bureau was found under the strategic agreement between the Guangzhou Gan Gu Ink Factory and the Guangzhou Civil Affair Burea.
